British 1890 Pattern Cavalry Trooper’s Sword

British 1890 Pattern Cavalry Trooper’s Sword.  With distinctive Maltese Cross pierced hilt and pressed leather, chequered grips.  Blade forte with numerous stamps to both sides and issue date of 1885.  Clean blade.  Issued finally to the Yeomanry Cavalry as most of these swords were passed on after long service lives.  Complete with scabbard.  Blade length is 34 inches (39.5 inches overall).
