British 1897 Pattern Infantry Officer’s Sword – Wilkinson – Named

British 1897 Pattern Infantry Officer’s Sword.  Sold to Lieutenant R P Williams of the Hampshire Regiment in 1932.  Comes complete with Wilkinson sword paperwork.  With typical plated hilt in excellent condition and grip wrapped in fishskin with silver twistwire.  Blade with etching including royal cypher and crown of King George V (r.1910-1935).  Also complete with its original steel scabbard – fits very well.  Blade length is 32.5 inches (39.5 inches overall).
