Fine C.1900’s Edwardian Art Nouveau Silver Belt – Suffragette?

Very unusual and fine c.1900’s Edwardian Art Nouveau silver belt.  With motif of two women(?) and outstretched arms continued throughout.  Is engraved with the wording The “TRIUMPH” to the reverse of the buckle.  Possible Suffragette connection.  Length of the belt is 22.5 inches.
