Imperial Chinese broadsword blade – 19th Century.

Rare 19th Century Imperial Chinese broadsword blade and scabbard. Of very large proportions and with engraved dragon decoration to both sides of the blade forte. Multi-fullered and double-edged blade. Complete with wood and brass-mounted scabbard – locket missing. If you can find a hilt this would be a very impressive and substantial sword. Blade length (including tang) is 34 inches.
