This is a unique and highly collectable Massive and Rare 19th Century South Seas Feasting Platter. This extremely heavy hardwood platter would have been shared by family members and villagers. In good condition and with appreciable age wear to the wood.
Unfortunately, the extreme weight of this item means that it is COLLECTION ONLY – VERY IMPORTANT – I cannot ship as the cost would be considerably more than the value of the item. Alternatively, the buyer will have to arrange collection / packing by a courier. I would estimate the weight of this to be around 30-40 kgs. Length of platter is 53 inches – width is 16 inches.
