All items sold will be despatched within 7 working days.
Customers are entitled to an inspection period of 7 days and can only return the item if you believe that the sword has been mis-described – please note that authenticated proof of this in writing by a qualified authority may be required in some cases. Please notify me before 7 days have elapsed after you have received the sword. After 7 days all sales are final. You may then return the sword for a refund – please note that the buyer pays all return shipping costs. IMPORTANT: If the sword is damaged or lost during its return transit no refund will be issued. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain the necessary shipping insurance to cover loss or damage.

I normally use the following courier for delivery worldwide – Parcelforce Worldwide (swords and large items). If you wish to use an alternative courier or service, please contact me before purchase to confirm that this is possible.
Please note that I have no control over any customs charges/duties payable once the item has entered the receiver’s country and that they are the customer’s sole responsibility. I also have no responsibility for any rules governing importation of antique swords into the receiver’s country.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the importation of antique swords is permitted into their respective country and no refunds will be allowed if an item/s are returned. If this happens the goods will be held until the buyer can find an alternative method of receiving them.
