British Napoleonic 1796 Pattern Light Cavalry Trooper’s Sword – VERY LAST REDUCTION! ENDS SUNDAY!
In stock
A good example of a British Napoleonic 1796 Pattern Light Cavalry Trooper’s Sword. With typical steel stirrup hilt and ribbed leather grip. Maker marked to the blade spine – Joseph Reddell & Co. of Birmingham – a lesser known sword maker to the British Army during the Napoleonic Wars. Also with deeply impressed inspector’s mark to the blade forte. Very clean blade. Complete with original iron scabbard with loose scabbard rings. A sword that is now becoming increasingly hard to source in this condition. This is a very cheap price for a highly collectable British Napoleonic sword – check the net for comparable prices – will revert to original price if not sold by Sunday. Blade length is 32.5 inches (37 inches overall). Note: Payment in three interest free installments is available through Paypal.
