Rare Model 1810 Swedish Naval Cutlass

An extremely rare and original Model 1810 Swedish naval cutlass – of a type carried during the Napoleonic Wars.  Of large and distinctive proportions with a brass hilt and wooden grip.  With a long, double-edged blade, stamped with a small crowned mark to the blade forte.  Complete with leather and brass-mounted scabbard – chape missing.  A rare, seldom encountered cutlass.  Blade length is 26.5 inches (32.5 inches overall).
