Rare British Napoleonic Petty Officer’s Cosh
A rare English naval cosh that was used by petty officers to keep order amongst the seaman whilst on deck. This is an exceptionally large example, made from the sinew of a whale. With cord binding to either end. This is a unique naval antique and rarely seen in the market.

In excellent condition and retaining all original binding to ends.
