British WW1 1907 Pattern Lee Enfield Bayonet & Frog
An excellent example of a British early WW1 1907 Pattern Lee Enfield bayonet, scabbard and leather frog. Dated to 1916 on the blade forte and maker marked to Enfield. It also comes with a rarely encountered early war issue leather bayonet frog. Scabbard stamped with issue marks and date. These bayonets are becoming more difficult to find and especially so in this complete condition. A fine piece.
Condition of the Bayonet
Blade is extremely clean with no pitting or damage. Blueing still remaining to hilt mounts. Some knock marks to one of the grips.
Specifications of the Bayonet
Blade length is 17 inches (22 inches overall).
