Superb example of a c.1800 Indo-Persian armour piercing dagger
With an inlaid silver hilt, blade and scabbard – very finely detailed. This dagger was made for combat as is evidenced by the re-inforced and swollen blade tip that would have been used to puncture through armour and mail.
Condition of the Dagger
In excellent condition throughout – no damage or repairs.
Specifications of the Dagger
Blade length is 10.5 inches (15.5 inches overall).
