A good example of a late-19th Century Middle-Eastern Quaddar silver-mounted knife. With kindjal-type wooden hilt covered with embossed silver decoration. Blade is etched with Arabic script to one side. Complete with velvet and wooden scabbard with embossed silver decoration. A fine and scarce piece. Blade length is 16 inches (22 inches overall).
