A very good British 1853 Pattern Cavalry Trooper’s Sword
This has become a very rare British military sword and very few good examples are in the market now. With steel, three-bar hilt and chequered leather grip. Plain, slightly curved blade with military issue and inspector’s marks to the forte and spine. Complete with its original scabbard. A fine British military regulation sword.
Condition of the Sword
In good overall condition – some light staining to the blade.

Blade length is 36 inches (42 inches overall).
