Scottish Late-19th Century Highland Military Dress Dirk
A good example of a Scottish late-19th Century Highland Military Dress Dirk of a type issued to senior NCO’s, particularly Pipe Majors. With finely detailed white metal and decorative pommel, including intertwined Scottish thistles and large thistle to top of pommel. Plain blade with scalloped edge. It comes complete with a leather and white metal mounted scabbard.
